guava on the palate.It’s a medium dry
Riesling with good acidity (translation: it’s a great food wine!).Great with stir fry, Thai with peanut sauce,
and sushi (a nice plug for Red Mango, huh?).Also great for sitting on the deck with some live music.

White Merlot
Nothing says Valentine’s like a nice, sweet, blush
wine.Here it is!!100% Merlot pressed hours after harvest.Chill some peel-and-eat shrimp, wedge some
lettuce with blue cheese, and chill a bottle of this tasty blush wine.If this doesn’t work, move on.

Cabernet - A nice light style
Cabernet from Lodi. Typical concentrated flavors, yet a lighter bodied
wine. Pairs with rare roast beef, pasta with marinara, and even a
raspberry-chocolate torte. Really.
Pali
Pinot - A classy Pinot for Santa Barbara. Black cherry and strawberry on the nose; cherry,
strawberry, and spice on the palate.Great with a lightly seasoned salmon filet, roast pork tenderloin with
rosemary, and thinly sliced tri tip.
Pelerin
RTW - So guess what RTW stands
for?Yep! Funny, huh?Anyway, it’s blend of Syrah (our personal
favorite) and Zinfandel (our personal favorite).Red currant, blueberry, and white
pepper…combined with raspberry, spice and oak.Excellent with bar-b-que (a GREAT Valentine date), leg of lamb, and
center cut pork chops. YUM!

raspberry, black cherry, and oak on both the palate and nose.Nice tannins, medium body….definitely a crowd
pleaser.Lasagna and/or ravioli (Mile
High???? You’re welcome Darrell), bar-b-que chicken, and even goose.If you can’t get a goose on from your
Valentine…yep, move on.
We have a few bottles of the Kick Ass Cabernet and
Galante Cabernet left. Ask and ye shall receive.
